Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in all aspects of children's and student ministries, including program development, volunteer management, and budget oversight.
• Plan, schedule, and prepare new and ongoing programs, ministries, and activities for children and students, ensuring age-appropriate curricula and resources are utilized.
• Coordinate seasonal programming such as Vacation Bible School, Easter Egg Hunt, Trunk or Treat, and mission trips for students.
• Develop environments and adult leaders that spiritually engage children and youth, encouraging a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Collaborate with parents to support the spiritual development of their children and establish intergenerational connections within the church community.
• Implement Safe Sanctuary procedures for all children's and student programming, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Utilize social networking platforms to connect with students and families and promote ministry events.
• Maintain organized systems for volunteer recruitment, training, and communication.
• Support worship ministry and collaborate with other ministry staff to enhance the overall church experience.
• Attend community youth events to build relationships and engage with young people outside of church activities.
• Prepare and supervise the portion of the church budget allocated for children's and student ministries.
• Maintain all facilities and spaces designated for children's and student ministries in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by church leadership.

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a church setting is preferred.

Work Schedule
