ANNUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Please note that Registration for Annual Conference has closed. However, you can still register on site.

Sunday, June 9^th registration will be in the Hotel Lobby from 2:00-5:00pm and at the church from 5:30-7:30pm.
Monday, June 10^th registration will be in front of the Marriott Grand Ballroom from 7:15am until 8:30am and at the Church from 9am until 6:00pm.
VERY IMPORTANT!! – PLEASE NOTE: Registration will close on Monday, June 10 at 6:00 pm,
after that time there will not be on-site registration. No nametags will be made after Monday at 6:00 pm.
(Registration will be open on Tuesday at the church, and previously printed nametags for those who pre-registered will be available for pickup.)

We are excited for another wonderful annual conference for our kiddos! Children are invited to join us for every session of TAC for fun, fellowship and more than a few laughs along the way.

For children up to 4-years-old, all food, snacks, crafts and activities are included in the cost of each childcare session.  Included meal specifications are subject to change based on availability. Proper notice will be given upon change!

 

Camp Quillian

We have a special new opportunity this year for our kids aged 5+ to participate in Camp Quillian (located on the campus of First UMC Houston, West)!  Camp Quillian has sports, games, crafts, a climbing wall, daily swimming and so much more!  A bonus for our kids is that they can continue in this camp through the week even after conference has ended.

 

And join us for Family Night at Annual Conference
Monday, June 10, 6:30-9pm

The event will held at the First UMC Houston, West at the Quillian Center.

There will be fun for the whole family including outdoor lawn games, a climbing wall, swimming and kiddie pools and much more.  Concessions will be available at the Quillian pool.
