The TSU Wesley Foundation is hosting a civil rights tour titled: “Get on the Bus” in March. The tour offers a unique opportunity to witness, reflect, and be inspired by the remarkable journey of those who fought for civil rights. The experience is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of key events and figures in history, fostering empathy and a connection to our past.

The itinerary unfolds over five days from March 11 to 15, 2024, and promises an enriching exploration of historical sites and cultural landmarks that shaped the civil rights movement. This includes key historical sites across Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. The itinerary includes stops in Montgomery, Selma, Birmingham, Atlanta, and Memphis where participants will engage in various activities ensuring an immersive experience.
