Paige Martin is back in Houston – and helping TAC with Hispanic ministries alongside Missional Excellence Director Rev. Diane McGehee through the end of 2012. Paige graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, AL with a business degree in 2003 and then worked as a youth director at FUMC Houston-Downtown from 2003-2005.  After attending Duke Divinity School from 2005-08, she was commissioned in the TAC to serve as the Assistant Director of Field Education at Duke Divinity School before being ordained as an Elder in full connection in the TAC in 2010.

Most recently she served as a GBGM missionary in El Salvador, giving her extensive hands-on experience in Hispanic ministries. Says Paige, “I am looking forward to the collaboration of Houston area Hispanic ministries at the upcoming October 6 Joint Worship service at the Gethsemane campus, to get better acquainted with all of our Hispanic ministers and learn how to better support their ministries. In the months ahead, I will help provide resources, clergy coaching and theological training for leaders in this expanding area of ministry.”
