FUMC Pearland Hosts Community Health Fair

First United Methodist Church, Pearland, is hosting a Health Fair. The Health Fair, which will be free and open to the public, will be held on Saturday, May 19th, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Family Life Center of First United Methodist Church, Pearland. The address is 2314 N. Grand Blvd., Pearland, Texas.


Some of the vendors and services available will be blood pressure screenings, glucose screenings, chiropractic demo, whole health—fitness & nutrition, EMS visit/CPR demonstration, American Lung Association, Community Health Choice, Houston Drug & Alcohol Association, SIDS Educator from SWSIDS Research Institute, Texas Medical Association—Hard Hats for Little Heads – Giving away 120 free helmets! (Funding for TMA’s Hard Hats for Little Heads provided by the Texas Medical Association Foundation thanks to top donors — Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Prudential, and an anonymous foundation — and gifts from physicians and their families.)


Additional activities for kids and families will include games and activities for kids, popcorn, sno-cones, face painting, and a jumper.
