Bob Bolling

Bob Bolling is a Master Level, independent consultant for Birkman International and has been certified for over thirteen years. Prior to his association with Birkman, Bob worked in technology sales. He has over 25 years of sales, recruiting, training, and management experience with companies including Xerox, Oracle, Sybase, Sprint, BEA, and TIBCO. He has a degree in Communications from the University of Texas in Austin.

Bob Bolling is a Master Level, independent consultant for Birkman International and has been certified for over thirteen years. His company, The Personality Coach Inc., assists companies with productivity improvement, team building, conflict management, effective communication, professional development and hiring assistance. He works with individuals on executive coaching, career transition, planning for retirement, and work/life balance. One of his specialties is working with young adults on college curriculum, career options, and “failure to launch” issues. He also works extensively with couples. His work with couples is highlighted in the recent book, “The Birkman Method” written by Sharon Birkman Fink and Stephanie Capparell. He has been a guest speaker at the Birkman International User Conference, and he is also a Certified Birkman Instructor. In addition to his consulting practice, Bob volunteers with the Texas Methodist Conference, using the Birkman Method in coaching new pastors. 

Rev. Dr. Aleze M. Fulbright   

Rev. Dr. Aleze M. Fulbright is an ordained elder in who is a person of conviction with a personal mission statement to Encourage, Equip, and Empower all people to live on purpose and live out their God-givenness, with her underlying values of Faith, Fire, Focus, and Fruit. Dr. Aleze approaches coaching (as an ICF Associate Certified Coach) as a conversation partner, ready to ask the hard questions, explore new possibilities, and hold persons accountable for their discoveries to yield fruitful outcomes.

I have been a Birkman trained consultant since 2012 and have used the Birkman as a coaching tool for persons to gain greater self-awareness. Additionally, I have used the Birkman as a tool for team development, as a vehicle to explore more effective means of communication and conflict management.

Ginny Itz 

Ginny is an ordained deacon in the TAC and currently serves as the pastor of worship and community engagement at Memorial Drive UMC in Houston. She loves reading, hiking, and camping, and is the mother to one orange cat and many houseplants.

Ginny’s skills in worship include service design, sermon series planning, leading team meetings, liturgical writing and compilation, volunteer training, and the use of Planning Center. She has served in this capacity in churches of all sizes, both on staff and as a consultant.

Rev. Mike Johnson  

After receiving his M.Div. from a seminary in Michigan, Mike moved to the Houston area to plant a church.  After 32 years in the Houston area, you could now say Texas is Mike’s home state. After over a decade of pastoring, Mike received his D. Min. from Fuller seminary in adult discipleship and leadership development and began a Christian non-profit called Ascending Leaders. As founder and president of Ascending Leaders, Mike works along with colleagues to equip churches for Christ-centered discipleship. Measurable results. Eternal outcomes. As a coach, Mike is known for his passion for the local church and its pastor, creativity, design, emphasis on implementation and results, loyalty, vision, management, and effectiveness. Mike is married to Gina with two adult children who are married, living, and serving in the Houston area and three granddaughters.

Mike is a trainer level certified in the Grip (spiritual gifts)-Birkman. Mike is senior certified consultant in the Birkman method. Mike has experience coaching over 300 people through their Grip-Birkman results. Mike has also published on the topic.

Rev. Leo Tyler, Sr.

Rev. Leo Marshall Tyler has served God for forty-two years and is gifted as a preacher, teacher, pastor, evangelist, and leader. His experience includes a Christian radio broadcaster, creator and presenter of The Healthy Soul Seminars, trainer of over 300 Stephen Ministers, and establishing one of the largest Celebrate Recovery programs in Texas. Leo received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana and a Master of Divinity from Perkins School of Theology, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. Leo is a Birkman Method Consultant, Birkman International, Inc., a Certified Behavioral Consultant, The Institute for Motivational Living, Inc. delivered by People Keys the official DISC provider. Leo is author of the “21-Day Adventure: Experience more freedom, joy, and purpose than you ever dreamed possible.” Rev. Leo Tyler currently serves Bear Creek United Methodist Church, Houston, TX as Senior Pastor. Leo is married to Lupe Tyler and together they have one son, Leo II and two grandsons.

Leo has been facilitating One-on-One Sessions as well as Team Building Workshops for individuals and churches since 2008.
