For Events: 100% Refund within 15 days of the event. An exception will be made at the discretion of the registrar chairman for unforeseen circumstances such as death in family.
For Donations: Cancellation of a donation must be made within 24 hours.
If you intend to cancel any payment, you must notify us by 4 PM on the same day you make the payment. If you request a refund on a transaction following the close of the business day or on a day our offices are closed or any day following the transaction, please allow 30 days time to process the request.
