Charge conference is a meeting of the local church that includes every member of the church’s governing body as well as clergy appointed to serve that church. It meets at least once per year to review goals and objectives, elect new church leaders, set clergy salaries, and recommend and continue persons for candidacy. Our District Superintendent, Rev. Charles Anderson, is looking forward to facilitating the charges and individual church conferences. Use the forms below to complete your Church Conference reports.

Please be sure to have all of your Church Conference forms properly completed AND SIGNED and email to Martie Belt at by your individual due date. Your due date is TWO FULL WEEKS prior to your charge conference.

• ATHENS AND TYLER QUADS - SUNDAY, OCT. 23RD @ 5:00 p.m.-6:00p.m.

• MINEOLA AND PALESTINE QUADS - SUNDAY, NOV. 13TH @ 5:00p.m.-6:00p.m.
