St. Peter's UMC, Katy is looking to hire a Human Resources Administrator 

Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, including DOL, FLSA, FLSB, Texas Workforce Commission and IRS rules and regulations as it applies to St. Peter’s, a 501(c)(3).
 
Responsibilities include onboarding of new hires, ongoing communication of changes and updates to employees, initiate and participate in annual benefits renewal process, participation in seminars/webinars to stay up to date on human resources best practices, advises and guides staff on Human Resource matters.
 
Ability to be flexible to navigate a wide range of requests, proficient and concise writing skills, maintain strict confidentialities, possess good time management, detail-oriented, adept at administering deadlines and maintaining policies and procedures, capacity to relate well to employees, church members, and network of colleagues.
