Facilities Manager - Cypress United Methodist Church
The Facilities Manager plans and oversees building maintenance, custodial services, grounds maintenance, kitchen, security, and safety functions of the church. This includes setting workflow priorities and quality standards for overall maintenance, custodial, security, and safety tasks, along with interfacing with the Trustees. The Facilities Manager will take pride in a well-maintained facility and be forward thinking in ensuring its longevity. This position will develop processes and systems to facilitate the smooth daily operations of the facility.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Sunday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., except during special programs and events. Available to take calls as needed 24 hours/7 days a week and ensure building coverage by facilities staff.

Required Education and Experience
· High School graduation (GED) or technical school and five years related experience
· Valid Texas Driver’s License
· Preference given to certifications in security systems and hvac
