About Your Benefits
Health and Pension benefits provided by the Texas Annual Conference are unprecedented within the Denomination. In addition, both the Group Health Benefits and Pension committees have reserves for unexpected events (market down turns or cost increases). The group health benefits are managed by a committee of the Texas Annual Conference which assumes fiscal responsibility for the operation of the plan. The CRSP pension plan benefits are determined by General Conference and implemented by the General Board of Pensions. The Board of Pensions of the Texas Annual Conference has responsibility to oversee the plan and decide on past service rates. Both group health benefits and the pension plan are administered by the benefits office.
