 Meal Planning Memo and Form for Annual Conference 2011

Please turn in your TAC 2011 Meal Planning forms on or before May 1st, 2010.  Late forms will not be accepted, as rooms and fees must be turned in to the Hotel Americas and the George R. Brown Convention Center one year prior to our event. We will bill you for the fees associated with the room reservation, which will be payable to the Texas Annual Conference on or before May 1st, 2011.
