Rev. Jim Foster has responded to the Bishop’s Ruling of Law, in accordance to Judicial Council procedures.

Bishop Huie has submitted a final follow-up response.

The Judicial Council will consider the issue when it meets October 28-31.

The final ruling was made April 24, 2010 by the the Judicial Council.
