New and Mid-Career Clergy Enter APL Program

9/13/2012

Please join us in congratulating the 15 clergy participating in this exciting 5-year leadership development program funded by the Lilly Endowment, Inc. The 2012-13 class of participants in Advancing Pastoral Leadership Program will have the opportunity to learn from a variety of leading pastors and community leaders while developing their capacity for fruitful leadership.

This five-year program is an extraordinary opportunity for focused and intentional leadership development and information designed to equip Texas Conference elders with 30 potential years of remaining service to the church.

To support and encourage significant development, The Center for Clergy Excellence will pair each individual with an executive coach and will choose a clergy mentor. The 2012 APL program will begin with an October retreat.
