New Church Leadership Institute: Equipping POTENTIAL New Church Pastors

If you have any pastors you are thinking about appointing in June to start a new church, we recommend you first send them to the New Church Leadership Institute, January 23-26 at Mt Sequoyah South Central Jurisdiction Conference Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  This discernment / training event will help to confirm that this person is called and gifted to start a new church.  Flyer attached.

Boot Camp:  What You Need to Survive and Succeed In the First Year

Just before the new church pastor moves to that circle on the map to start the new church, we recommend you first send them to Boot Camp, January 23-26 at Mt Sequoyah South Central Jurisdiction Conference Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. At Boot Camp they will receive "just in time" training, and will leave with a monthly plan for the first 24 months at the new site.  Flyer attached.

Boot Camp 2.0 (Tune-up): For New Church Planters In Years Two to Five

If you have new churches in years 2 through 5, send the pastors (and a lay team from the new church) to Boot Camp 2.0.  This will be an opportunity to sharpen their vision and plan to take the new church to the next level.  Boot Camp 2.0 will be held January 25-26 at Mt Sequoyah South Central Jurisdiction Conference Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Flyer attached.
