Annual Conference Forms Online

Meal Planning forms for both Annual Conferences 2010 and 2011 are now online.

Forms for TAC 2010:  Please begin turning in your forms on or after December 1, 2009 for TAC 2010.  These forms must be accompanied by a deposit for the set-up of the room, paid directly to the Texas Annual Conference.

Forms for TAC 2011:  Please turn in your forms on or before May 1st, 2010.  Late forms will not be accepted, as rooms and fees must be turned in to the Hotel Americas and the George R. Brown Convention Center one year prior to our event.  We will bill you for the fees associated with the room reservation, which will be payable to the Texas Annual Conference on or before May 1st, 2011.
