2009 Missional Excellence Year End Report Churches and pastors, The 2009 Missional Excellence year-end report form is available. Before filling it out, please read this memo from Rev. Cynthia Harvey. They request that you complete the report and email it to sbroome@txcumc.org any time between now and report day.
Please note that there are four sections in the report. There should be tabs at the bottom of your screen labeled: Sending Ministries, Social Justice & Mercy, Social Action, and Other Ministries. If you don’t see them, maximize your worksheet by clicking the square (left of the red x on the top right of the worksheet within Excel – not the application’s main window.)
If you aren’t sure which category best fits your ministry, you should look them over in detail before filling them out. We have given examples for each area, please read those carefully. You might print it out if you need to see them in detail. To print the report select Print, then Entire Workbook (5 pages) and print. Please add the contact information on the last page as well. If you do not have Excel on your computer, there are similar programs such as Open Office that will allow you to fill out the spread sheet and save it as an XLS file. This Excel report is formatted to calculate the totals as you enter numbers.
