CONAM - Committee on Native American Ministries

Cramer Retreat Center
The Cramer Retreat Center is focused on the development of Christian faith. Located near I-45N just north of FM 1960 in Spring, Texas, it provides a serene setting near Houston where people can experience God’s peace, grow spiritually, and be renewed in their faith.
Disaster Recovery
Disaster Recovery began on September 24, 2005 when Hurricane Rita made landfall on Southeast Texas. Then named Rita Recovery, this ministry was established as a partner with UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief). Since then, more than 650 homes have been repaired.
Golden Cross
The Texas Annual Conference Golden Cross program has been providing a healing ministry to persons in need of assistance with medical care since its beginning in 1921. Many persons have been restored to health and have had their faith restored as well, through the generosity of Christians in the local churches and the benevolent medical care of doctors and hospitals throughout the Conference.
Good Samaritan Medical Ministry
The Good Samaritans are a group of Christians responding to the call to bring physical, emotional and spiritual healing to the people of Vietnam.
Lakeview Methodist Conference Center
Lakeview is situated in one of the most scenic areas of Texas: the East Texas Piney Woods. Our 1,300 acres of land includes numerous quiet and scenic points along with 3 lakes and hiking and nature trails. Our campus size enables us to provide housing, meeting and dining facilities for up to 1,100 people.

Methodist Children's Home is a non-profit child care ministry affiliated with the seven United Methodist Annual Conferences of Texas and New Mexico.
Methodist Mission Home
Methodist Mission Home (MMH) is a recognized leader in adoption and services for young adults with disabilities. MMH helps build families and gives every child a safe and loving home, educates every child, youth and adult about adoption as a loving alternative, and eliminates barriers for people with disabilities to achieve their personal best.Partners in Mission
PIM believes that Christians are truly called to missions by God through Jesus Christ. Volunteers serve all people in all places whatever the circumstances or need. Whether we are a few blocks from home or in another country, PIM seeks to radiate the love of Jesus Christ and serve him with gladness.
PWJ - Peace With Justice Program
Purpose: To make shalom visible and active in people's lives and communities and to strengthen the church's capacity to act as a public policy advocate.
Restorative Justice - Newgate Initiative
The Texas Annual Conference (TAC) of the United Methodist Church established The Newgate Initiative to increase involvement in Restorative Justice ministry. Restorative Justice involves people ministering to the needs of victims, inmates, ex-offenders, criminal justice professionals, and families of all of those impacted by crime.
S.P.I.M - Social Principles Implementation Ministries
Social Principles Implementation Ministries (SPIM) exists to pursue implementation of the social principles of the United Methodist Church, justice concerns, and other policy statements on Christian social concerns of the Texas Annual Conference (BOD 628).
UMM - United Methodist Men
The purpose of UMM is to deepen the spiritual lives of the men of the Church and to provide an organization to assist the Conference, the Districts and the local Churches in the Conference in developing Christian discipleship among men to help them grow in grace and go on to perfection for a life with Christ.
UMW - United Methodist Women
The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
