Rev. Olu Brown is lead pastor of Impact Church, located in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. It is one of the fastest growing new church starts in America.
Since its founding in January 2007, Impact Church has been committed to one thing; building and creating a multi-cultural gathering of people who are committed to sharing the love of Christ with the world.
Led by God with a passion to connect people with the love of Jesus Christ and with the support of the UMC, Rev. Brown conceived the vision of Impact Church. Committed to providing a forum for “doing church differently” and breaking the stereotypes of what church should be, the vision provides a place where creativity, technology, comfort and and thinking outside the box are welcomed. This church works to meet people exactly where they are in Christ and for some, allows them to meet Christ for the very first time. Impact Church has more than 1500 weekly attendees for its three worship experiences, online live-streaming and two children’s experiences known as NxT-G. Rev. Brown is a nationally proclaimed speaker at events of all kinds, particularly those involving youth.
Rev. Sue Nilson Kibbey serves as the Director of Connectional and Missional Church Initiatives for the West Ohio Conference.
